Ukrainian wagon building enterprises delivered as many as 110 freight wagons to their customers in March 2024, including 54 hoppers, 30 flat cars, 22 tank cars and 4 bunker-type wagons.
The output of large railway steel castings averaged some 900 t at Kremenchuk Steel Works in March 2024. In the period from January 1 to March 31, the enterprise produced about 2,800 t of such castings.
On April 22 and 23, the Moldovan Railways (Calea Ferată din Moldova) announced several tenders for the sale of its property, including freight cars, tank containers, locomotives, etc.

On April 10, a new intermodal service was launched between the PKP Cargo Zduńska Wola terminal (Karsznice, Poland) and the seaport of Rotterdam. The first trip from the Netherlands to Poland took three days.
