Agreement between Siemens Mobility and Autobrennero Group: Vectron locomotives to operate in Central European Corridor
Siemens Mobility Italy CEO Pierfrancesco de Rossi has announced that the company has signed agreements with two railway operators for the supply of Vectron locomotives. In particular, Rail Traction Company will receive four locomotives, and InRail will receive two.
LDZ Cargo puts up two TEP70 series locomotives for auction
LDZ Cargo (a subsidiary of Latvijas dzelzceļš) plans to put up two TEP70 series locomotives for an open-cry auction on March 12. The starting price of the lot (and the locomotives will be sold as one lot) is €214,000.
New Euro9000 locomotive in HSL Logistik fleet
On February 23, the fleet of the German company HSL Logistik was replenished with a new Euro9000 locomotive manufactured by Stadler (No. 2019 314-4). This is the company’s third locomotive of this series, with two more in production.

Cargounit and Siemens Mobility sign agreements for supply of Vectron and Smartron locomotives
The Polish leasing company Cargounit and the German manufacturer Siemens Mobility have signed agreements for the supply of 90 Vectron MS locomotives (the first batch of 30 units is ordered immediately and 60 units are under option), as well as 10 Smartron electric locomotives.

Freight rolling stock sales by Ukrainian enterprises in January 2024
Ukrainian wagon building enterprises delivered as many as 222 freight wagons to their customers in January 2024, including 128 hoppers, 68 flat cars, and 26 tank cars.
Production and offer prices of large railway castings in Ukraine
Kremenchuk Steel Works produced about 700 t of large railway steel castings in January 2024.
