Rental rates for gondola cars decreased slightly in February. Operators explain this by complicated traffic, long waiting time ahead of loading, as well as extremely low temperatures and power outages.

In January, rental rates for certain types of rolling stock changed due to the revision of long-term contracts. At the same time, changes in rental rates for box cars with a body capacity of 161-175 cu m were caused by currency fluctuations.
