            The sentiment has improved slightly on the small-tonnage shipping market during the week. Primarily this applies to the Black Sea and North Sea segments, where shipments of finished and semi-finished steel products, as well as grain, have got slightly brisker.

            Not even a shred of positive changes can be seen on the small-tonnage shipping market in early February. Demand for Ukrainian, Russian and European grain is gradually increasing in the Mediterranean countries, but contracts are still signed with great difficulties.
