According to the EU, a tender for technical assistance services (CPV 71356200) announced on May 22 this year is currently underway as part of the Ukraine FIRST (Ukraine Facility for Infrastructure Reconstruction) program. The deadline for submitting proposals is December 11.
This refers to technical assistance services (including feasibility studies, environmental and social assessments, climate risk analysis, and financing plans) to accelerate the preparation of priority public sector infrastructure projects such as restoration of damaged railway networks on key corridors, multimodal hubs and cross-border connections, energy, etc.
The program aims to accelerate the transition from planning to project implementation by engaging a team of experts in Ukraine to provide advisory support.
The total investment from the EIB amounts to €15 million.
