LTG Cargo (LTG Group, Lithuania) continues to expand its rolling stock fleet by purchasing 200 new gondola cars for transportation of bulk cargo.

Estonia: Privatization of Operail completed
On December 9, the state-owned company AS Operail announced that the privatization process was completed – it sold its business, including its subsidiary Operail Repairs OU, for €19 million to the Estonian company AS Tiigi Keskus, which won the auction.

Railway deliveries of mineral fertilizers to Ukrainian consignees in October 2024
Railway deliveries of mineral fertilizers increased significantly in October compared with September, showing a 10% rise to approximately 170,000 t. Domestic supplies grew by 17% to 118,000 t, while transportation of imported mineral fertilizers shrank by 10% to 49,000 t.
