Viterra Ukraine, a subsidiary of Glencore International AG, has acquired the Penkivsky elevator in Vinnytsia. Its capacity for simultaneous storage is 26,000 tons, and the elevator can receive 3,000 tons per day.
Ecco-rail has launched a new intermodal route connecting Romania and Belgium. The train made its maiden voyage on May 16 from the Stukwerker terminal in the Belgian port of Ghent to the Arad terminal on the border with Romania. The maiden voyage lasted 56 hours.
