Rental rates for gondola cars continue to grow in March 2024. The rates for new wagons have already reached ₴625/day (hereafter VAT excluding). At the same time, some companies still voice rental rates at ₴458/day.
The North European market is now the only area looking relatively optimistic for coaster owners. This week, shipments of timber cargoes have even perked up in the region, while requests for grain and steel transportation from EU ports regularly enter the market.
