LTG Cargo transported 560,000 tons of grain in August, which is 22% higher than last year. By the end of the year, the company expects the total volume of rail transportation of grain (wheat, barley, rye and rapeseed) to reach 3.3 million tons.
A total of 18.8 million t of cargo were carried by railways in Poland in July 2025, falling behind July 2024 by some 1.3%.

In July, Grupa Azoty KOLTAR (a railway carrier within Grupa Azoty) launched the transportation of RSM liquid mineral fertilizers (UAN) from Grupa Azoty Puławy to the Ukrainian cities of Mostyska (Lviv region) and Maceyiv (Volyn region).
For the first time, Western Fuel and Energy Company (ZPEC) has imported diesel fuel from Lithuania by rail – a batch of 1,800 tons was delivered by ORLEN Lithuania (a division of Polish ORLEN S.A.) under an agreement concluded in July. This is reported by ENKORR with reference to ZPEC.
According to the Lviv Regional Military Administration, a new agricultural complex has recently been opened at the Mostyska Container Terminal (Mostyska Dry Port). This project was implemented together with Lemtrans, Rail Trans Investment, N’UNIT, and Levada Cargo.
