As part of the USAID Economic Resilience Activity project, NIBULON received 50 modern hopper cars, each of which can carry up to 70 tons of grain, and 13 semi-trailers with a carrying capacity of 25.5 tons. So far, they have already exported 100,000 tons of grain to 25 countries.
Within the USAID Economic Resilience Activity project, as many as 300 grain wagons have been provided to 11 Ukrainian agricultural exporters this year. The rolling stock has been headed to Agro Region, Almeida Group LLC, Ascet Shipping, Astarta-Kyiv, Cygnet Agrocompany, Eridon, IMC, Louis Dreyfus Company, MHP, Nidera Agro, and UGTC TRADE.
On August 20, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Procedure for Approval of Minimum Export Prices for Certain Types of Goods. This was announced in the telegram channel of the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.

On August 13, LDZ Cargo, a subsidiary of Latvian Railways (Latvijas dzelzceļš), planned to hold auctions for the sale of two TEP70 locomotives and 66 end-of-life freight cars located in Ukraine. However, the auction was not held due to the lack of bids.
