During the InnoTrans 2024 exhibition in Berlin (September 24-27), Ukrzaliznytsia and PKP Group agreed to develop intermodal routes between Asia and Europe. The companies plan to work on increasing the capacity and efficiency of border crossings and expanding the border railway infrastructure.

Railroad operator Lemtrans has completed the first stage of construction at its container terminal in Vinnytsia. In particular, a container yard with a capacity of 30,000 TEU per year and a warehouse with a capacity of 2,000 TEU were built.
