Estonian operator Operail received license to use shunting locomotive on mainline railways
Estonian railway operator Operail has received a license from the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet) to officially register the C30-M diesel locomotive as a mainline freight locomotive. At the same time, it remains capable of performing shunting operations at stations.

According to the Decision No. 8788 published in the official gazette of Turkey “Resmi Gazete” on August 6, the government of Turkey has set tariff quotas for sunflower seeds and sunflower oil, which will be effective in 2025.
