In early September, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy together with grain market participants (the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, the UGA, the EBA, the Ukrainian National Agrarian Forum, and the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of Ukraine) agreed on the maximum volume of wheat and meslin
