According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, almost 37.5 million tons of grains were delivered to foreign markets from Ukraine in the period from 1 July 2024 (the start of the current marketing year) and to 21 May 2025, which is 17% below the same period in MY 2023-24.

Container Terminal Mostyska has completed the replacement of some of its key participants. Lemtrans Group, N’UNIT, and Medlog SA are now partners in the project. Lemtrans announced this on its Facebook page and noted that its share (50%) remained unchanged.
According to the results of January-March 2025, the port of Giurgiulesti handled almost 621,400 tons of cargo, including 341,200 tons of exports and 280,200 tons of imports. In total, the port complex handled 309 vessels.

Astarta Agroholding and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) have signed an agreement to finance the construction of Ukraine’s first soy protein concentrate plant, with investments of up to $40 million.
