In late June, Rail Baltic Estonia announced that it had signed a contract with the Estonian engineering company AllSpark OÜ to design a railway connection between the port of Muuga and the main line of Rail Baltica. The deal is worth almost €2.9 million.

According to PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe (PKP PLK), an agreement has been signed with the contractor Torpol and the Police Seaport Authority for the construction of railway line No. 437 and a siding to the Police seaport, located on the western bank of the Oder River near the Gulf of Szczecin.
