Enea Elektrownia Połaniec and PKP Cargo sign agreement for transportation of 1.6 million tons of coal

            Enea Elektrownia Połaniec and PKP Cargo have signed a contract for the transportation of up to 1.6 million tons of thermal coal from Lubelski Węgiel’s Bogdanka mine over a period of 24 months.

Iron ore railway deliveries from Ukraine in February 2025

March 20, 2025

            A total of 3.6 million t of iron ore were carried by railways in Ukraine in February 2025, showing a 15% decrease compared with January 2025. Iron ore exports dropped by 17% month-on-month to 2.7 million t, while home deliveries shrank by 8% month-on-month to 900,000 t.
