The Austrian leasing company GREEN Mobility Partners has reached an agreement with Siemens Mobility to supply 50 Vectron locomotives. The first contract provides for the purchase of eight Vectron MS multi-system electric locomotives, as well as maintenance support (with the option of corrective and preventive maintenance on demand).
Rental rates of freight cars remained unchanged in October compared with September. Only the rental rates of box cars with a body capacity of 161-175 cu m and fitting platforms changed insignificantly due to currency fluctuations.
Ukrainian wagon building enterprises delivered as many as 277 freight wagons to their customers in September 2024, including 195 hoppers, 46 tank cars, 28 flat cars, seven bunker-type wagons and a gondola car.
