Amendments to convention on transportation of fats and oils via Izov-Exp to Poland
It is allowed to load fats and oils of animal and vegetable origin, prepared edible fats and waxes of animal or vegetable origin into fitting platforms and transport in transit through Skawkow LHS station (GNV 15). This is stated in Ukrzaliznytsia’s telegram No. ЦДЗ/28 of February 20.

Extension of ban on transportation of fats and oils via Izov-Exp to Poland
Between February 21 and February 27, transportation of fats and oils of animal and vegetable origin, prepared edible fats and waxes of animal or vegetable origin (HS 15) from Ukrainian stations through the Izov-Exp border crossing to Poland is prohibited for all consignees.
Convention on cargo transportation to certain stations in Poland
From February 18 and until the decision is revoked, the ban will be in effect on transportation of any cargo from Ukrainian railway stations through the Izov-Exp border crossing (PKP) to Wola Baranowska and Szczebrzeszyn stations in Poland for all consignees.

Export deliveries of ferrous metals by railway in January
Railway transportation of rolled products, semi-finished products, pipes, pig iron and ferrous metal scrap inched down by 2% to 700,000 t in Ukraine in January 2024 compared with December 2023. Averaging 500,000 t, the January export volume remained unchanged compared with December, while domestic supplies dropped by 10% month-on-month to 300,000 t.
