Handling at Ukraine – Romania and Ukraine – Moldova border crossings*
About 136 wagons (one train on a 1520 mm track gauge and one train on a 1435 mm track gauge) were transferred daily through the Vadul-Siret – Dornesti (Romania) border crossing as of April 18, while as many as 541 wagons were waiting in a queue (down 69 units over the week).

Export prices for Kazakh wheat hold steady despite the upturn in domestic prices. At the start of the week, a temporary ban on grain imports into Kazakhstan by road came into force, which supported local quotes.

Poland cancels ban on transit of agri products
According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, agreements have been reached with the Polish side to resume the transit of Ukrainian agricultural products. Thus, transit should be unblocked on the night of April 20-21, 2023.
Temporary ban on transportation of certain goods via Izov-exp to Poland
In the period from April 18 to June 30, the transportation of certain goods from Ukraine via Izov-Exp (PKP) to Poland, as well as in transit, for the carrier PKP LHS sp. z o.o. is prohibited.

Convention on transport of certain goods to Slovakia for the carrier ZSSK Cargo
From April 19 and until the decision is revoked, the carrier ZSSK Cargo will be banned from transporting certain goods from Ukraine to Slovakia for all consignees.
