According to a representative of Ferrexpo at a meeting between Ukrzaliznytsia and Hungarian carriers, the producer will redirect the entire supply volume of iron ore from the Batiovo-Eperjeske border crossing to Izmail port at the request of a Serbian consignee.

A total of 4.1 million t of iron ore were carried by railways in Ukraine in February, showing an increase of 9% compared with January. Iron ore exports rose by 11% month-on-month to 3.3 million t, while home deliveries remained at the level of the previous month, still averaging some 800,000 t.
PKP LHS again offers discounts for transportation of certain cargoes
According to the announcement by Polish railway operator PKP LHS of March 2, the company is offering its customers special discounts for transportation of coal (HS 2701), iron ore (2601) and metal products (72, 73) when importing and transiting from/through all LHS stations.
