CMA CGM resumes container transportation to Odesa port
One of the world’s largest container carriers, CMA CGM, has resumed voyages to the Brooklyn-Kyiv Port terminal in the Odesa seaport. The first call of the container ship took place on February 7 (the vessel “Lila Canada” flying the flag of Liberia), and the next one is expected on February 21.

After a long break, Medkon Lines has resumed regular container shipping on the Istanbul – Gebze – Odesa route. The first container ship arrived at the port of Odesa a few days ago.

The total transshipment volume increased by 10,000 t at the port of Klaipeda in December compared with November Port operators processed a total of 3.8 million t of cargo, of which 3.1 million t fell on Klaipeda State Seaport (down 80,000 t) while 681,000 t were handled by Butinge Terminal (up 90,000 t).
