Freight rolling stock sales by Ukrainian enterprises in November 2025
Ukrainian wagon building enterprises delivered as many as 21 freight wagons to their customers in November 2025, including 20 hoppers and a flat car.
Production and offer prices of heavy rolling stock castings in Ukraine
Kremenchuk Steel Works produced 300 tons of heavy railway steel castings in November 2025. The total production averaged some 3,000 tons in the period from January 1 to November 30, 2025.
Grupa Azoty KOLTAR to cooperate with Ukrzaliznytsia at key border crossings between Poland and Ukraine
According to information from Grupa Azoty KOLTAR, in mid-December 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed with Ukrzaliznytsia, granting permission to operate at the Yagodin–Dorohusk and Medyka–Mostyska II border crossings.
TAS Dniprovagonmash received certificate for Y25 bogies in Czech Republic
TAS Dniprovagonmash LLC has summarized its performance in 2025. In particular, the company reported that the Czech Railway Research Institute (Výzkumný Ústav Železniční, a.s.) had issued it with a certificate confirming its expertise and right to carry out the complete assembly of Y25 open and closed bogies at the plant’s facilities.
Maersk raised tariffs on container imports to Ukraine
On January 5, the shipping company Maersk raised its rates for transporting containers by rail to Ukraine. Maersk Ukraine announced this on its Telegram channel.
