LTG Cargo Ukraine returns wagons from Ukraine to Lithuania
LTG Cargo Ukraine organized transportation of 20 hopper wagons from Ukraine to Lithuania. The fleet belonging to Lithuanian customers was scattered throughout Ukraine, which made the project particularly challenging. However, the company managed to assemble this rolling stock at Volodymyr station for further transportation abroad.
Kernel Agro Holding receives a vessel with NPK fertilizers
Kernel Agricultural Holding announced that it has accepted the first vessel with products from OSP Group, a global manufacturer of NPK fertilizers, as part of the agreement. The shipment was made in cooperation with SanAgro Ukraine (Agrofertrans).

As expected, rental rates for gondola cars are going down gradually in June. This is due to constant shelling of the infrastructure and shortage of electricity; in such circumstances, large metallurgical companies and mining enterprises are unable to load their products.
Temporary ban on transportation of all cargo via certain border crossings to Lithuania and Poland
From June 13 to June 20, a convention will be in effect that will restrict transportation of goods of any kind from Ukrainian railway stations through the Trakiszki and Mockava border crossings to Lithuania and the Trakiszki station in Poland for all consignees.
Port of Klaipeda cargo turnover in May 2024
The port of Klaipeda’s overall transshipment volume dropped by 242,000 t to 3.3 million t in May compared with April due to a 294,000 t slump in the cargo turnover to 2.4 million t at the Klaipeda State Seaport.
Temporary ban on transportation of all cargo to Slovakia for some consignees

This year, Switzerland will provide additional grant funding of ₣10 million to restore Ukraine’s railway infrastructure. This funding was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on June 7.
Viterra Ukraine buys an elevator in Vinnytsia
Viterra Ukraine, a subsidiary of Glencore International AG, has acquired the Penkivsky elevator in Vinnytsia. Its capacity for simultaneous storage is 26,000 tons, and the elevator can receive 3,000 tons per day.
