HES Gdynia Bulk Terminal expands its grain transshipment capacity
HES Gdynia Bulk Terminal (part of HES International B.V.) has completed a large-scale stage of infrastructure development on the Silesian Quay (Poland, Gdynia Port). With the commissioning of three new silos in August, the total storage capacity of the grain terminal exceeds 240,000 t, making it the largest grain transshipment center in the country.

Hungary to continue subsidizing carload transportation
According to the Hungarian Railways, this year rail freight companies will receive a state subsidy of HUF 6.4 billion to provide carload transportation services. The funding will be provided by the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Construction and Transport, MÁV and Gysev groups.

Order to establish commission for Chornomorsk port concession signed
Oleksii Kuleba, Ukraine’s Minister for Communities and Territories Development, has signed a decree establishing a tender commission to conduct an international procedure for the concession of the Chornomorsk port. This is the first public-private partnership project in the port sector during a full-scale war.
