The ORLEN Group announced that it had completed the consolidation of its rail and road transport companies in Poland and the Czech Republic. ORLEN Kolej has become the owner of ORLEN Unipetrol Doprava (100% of shares), which specializes in transportation of chemical products, while ORLEN Transport has acquired Petrotrans (also 100%)

According to LTG Cargo, the company is carrying out a large-scale modernization of the Radviliškis Freight Wagon Depot in Radviliškis, Lithuania.
