Ferry service between Ukraine and Georgia has officially resumed as part of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TCIR), with two trips between the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk and Georgian Batumi already completed. This was announced during a meeting of Ukrzaliznytsia on April 10.

Operators of the Freeport of Riga all together handled some 1.6 million t of various goods in March 2025, exceeding the February result by 348,000 t thanks to increased transshipment in all cargo groups.
The cargo turnover did not change much at the Liepaja SEZ in March 2025. The port’s stevedoring companies processed approximately 537,000 t of cargo in March, just 2% or 9,000 t falling behind February.
The port of Klaipeda handled a total of 4.3 million t of various cargoes in March 2025, which exceeded the results of February 2025 by 568,000 t and became the highest since February 2022. The increase is due to higher cargo turnover in Klaipeda State Seaport

As of now, 8 km of new 1520 mm wide track has been completed between Chop and Uzhhorod, and 7.6 km of European standard track has been laid, which is 40% of the total amount of work. This was reported by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
In the summer of 2024, Interpipe fixed a vessel on a time-charter basis for the first time in its history.
