EU Council approves extension of duty-free trade regime for Ukraine
The EU Council has approved the extension of the duty-free trade regime for Ukraine for another year. The suspension of import duties and quotas for Ukrainian products will be effective from June 6 this year until June 5, 2025.

Since the launch on August 8, 2023, 1,300 vessels have used the temporary corridors for merchant ships sailing to/from Ukrainian ports. This was announced by Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Sergiy Kyslytsya, during his speech at the roundtable “Political Dialogue – Overcoming Global Food Insecurity and the Risk of Hunger: Strengthening Collective Impact”.
Temporary ban on transportation of certain food products via Izov-Exp to Poland
Between April 29 and May 6, transportation of fats and oils of animal and vegetable origin (HS 15) from Ukraine via Izov-Exp (PKP) to Poland will be prohibited.
