Turkey sets tariff quotas on sunflower seeds and crude sunflower oil for 2025
According to the Decision No. 8788 published in the official gazette of Turkey “Resmi Gazete” on August 6, the government of Turkey has set tariff quotas for sunflower seeds and sunflower oil, which will be effective in 2025.

Turkey ratifies free trade agreement with Ukraine
On August 1, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan signed Law No. 7523 (dated July 28, 2024) “On Approval of the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of Ukraine and Authorization of the President to Directly Approve Amendments to the Annexes to the Agreement”.
NIBULON extends cooperation with Romanian TTS to new grain season
Ukrainian company NIBULON and Romanian freight forwarder Transport Trade Services S.A. (TTS) have signed a contract to extend their two-year cooperation in the new grain season. The new agreement provides for the handling of 1.6 million tons of Ukrainian products. In previous years, TTS handled 3.5 million tons of grain from Mykolaiv-based company.
