In general, ship owners have not managed to raise rates in the Black and Mediterranean Seas yet despite the gradual increase in grain offer for shipments from Ukraine. The list of main problems still includes weak support from other traditionally important cargo flows (European grain, North African fertilizers, Turkish and Russian steel products)
