In February, Ascet Shipping began cooperation with the port operator SV in Chornomorsk and now provides a range of transportation, storage and cargo services in the port. Since then, it has loaded two vessels with a total volume of 14,000 t.
On February 23, the fleet of the German company HSL Logistik was replenished with a new Euro9000 locomotive manufactured by Stadler (No. 2019 314-4). This is the company’s third locomotive of this series, with two more in production.
On February 29, after fulfilling all the necessary conditions, Węglokoks (Poland) and Sea-Invest Corporation (Luxembourg) completed the transfer of shares in the Port Północny transshipment and warehousing company (PPS Port Północny sp. z o.o.) and signed a contract.

According to Polish media reports, the railroad operator PKP LHS, whose tracks were blocked by Polish farmers, is demanding compensation for the damage caused. During one day of protest, they billed the farmers for zł1.274 million.
The Polish leasing company Cargounit and the German manufacturer Siemens Mobility have signed agreements for the supply of 90 Vectron MS locomotives (the first batch of 30 units is ordered immediately and 60 units are under option), as well as 10 Smartron electric locomotives.
