Grain exports from Ukraine in MY 2022/2023
Since the beginning of the current marketing year started July 1, 2022 and up to May 5, 2023, Ukraine exported a total of 42.49 million tonnes of grain and legumes (down 8% year-on-year).

A total of 13,108 wagons were carried through the Izov-Hrubieszów land border crossing point in April with the average daily transfer rate of wagons (down 119 wagons per day compared with March).

More than 60 mmt cargo carried by rail in Poland in Q1 2023
A total of 21.1 million tonnes of various types of cargo were transported by rail in Poland in March 2023, up 11% month-on-month and up 8% year-on-year.
Handling at Ukraine – Romania and Ukraine – Moldova border crossings*
As many as 136 wagons (two trains on a 1520 mm track gauge and two trains on a 1435 mm track gauge) were transferred daily through the Vadul-Siret – Dornesti (Romania) border crossing as of May 2.
Temporary convention on grain cargo transportation via Izov-Exp to Poland
In the period from May 3 to June 5, transportation of wheat and meslin (HS 1001), corn (1005), rapeseed (1205) and sunflower seeds (1206) from Ukraine via Izov-Exp to Poland is banned for all recipients, but transit is allowed provided that shipping documents contain a statement by the sender stating:
