Quotes for imported thermal coal continue to decline in West Europe, following spot gas prices and thermal coal futures with June shipments to ARA ports.

A total of 1,451 wagons were transferred through the Chop – Zahony land border crossing point in May with the average daily handling rate of 47 wagons including 40 units with export cargo and 7 units with imported goods.

Approximately 164 wagons were transferred daily through the Vadul-Siret – Dornesti (Romania) border crossing as of June 6.
