The Czech railway company EP Cargo (part of the European energy company Energy and Industry Holding) has put into operation a new transshipment terminal on the Slovak-Ukrainian border in the village of Vojany (in the Košice region, eastern Slovakia).
Export quotes for Russian grain have been actively declining amid low demand and a large number of offers. The slowdown in trade has already affected Russian exports, with mere 896,300 t of grain exported during the week of October 11-17.

In July-September 2023, the cargo turnover of the Port of Kolobrzeg increased by 52% due to the resumption of transshipment of Ukrainian agricultural products.
