Actual situation with navigation in Sulina and Bystre Canals
According to a notice made by Kateryna Kononenko, manager of Avalon shipping, on her LinkedIn page, the number of ships waiting to enter the Danube ports through the Sulina and Bystre Canals is decreasing. Therefore, there is no need to establish a queue in the USPA list.

Port of Constanta handled 3 mmt of grain in November
A total of 3 million t of agricultural products meant for shipments to foreign markets were handled at the Romanian port of Constanta in November 2023 (down 24% compared with October), including 900,000 t of transit grain of mostly Ukrainian origin.
Traffic on the Danube temporarily suspended
Due to unfavorable weather conditions, traffic on the Danube River has been suspended since December 6. As of December 5, only one vessel of more than 10k dwt was expected to sail west to Sulina, but the canal administration would not agree to suspend downstream navigation for the sake of one vessel
