Sunolta Group, a grain trading company, has acquired grain transshipment facilities of the Olympex Coupe International terminal (owned by GNT Group) in the Odesa Commercial Sea Port. The company announced the deal in February 2023.

Naftoport Sp. z o. o. dealing with the transshipment of crude oil and petroleum products in the port of Gdansk has signed an agreement with PPBH Aquaprojekt Sp. z o. o. to prepare the project documentation for the expansion of the terminal.
