About 11,600 wagons with various goods were found waiting for a transfer through Ukraine’s western land border crossing points on October 25 compared with nearly 11,100 wagons in late September.

In October, almost all rental rates in the Baltic countries have stayed at the level of September, with flatcars for timber transportation being the only exception (rental rates inched up in this segment).
