In his telegram channel, Valerii Tkachov, the Deputy director of the Department of commercial work, posted the latest changes related to the situation at Ukraine’s western border crossing points.
About 259 wagons were transferred daily through the Chop – Čierna nad Tisou land border crossing in the period from May 1 to May 17 (down 29 wagons compared with April and up 10 wagons in May 10-17 against May 3-10)
Approximately 248 wagons (three trains) were transferred daily through the Chop – Čierna nad Tisou land border crossing in the period from May 1 to May 11.
The Chop – Zahony land border crossing served 393 wagons in the period from May 1 till May 8.
About 288 wagons (three to four trains) were transferred daily through the Chop – Čierna nad Tisou land border crossing as of May 4.
A total of 2,164 wagons were transferred through the Chop – Zahony land border crossing in April, with the average daily handling rate of 72 wagons (63 units on export routes and 9 units in the import direction), falling behind the March daily handing by 10 wagons.
