Port of Klaipeda cargo turnover in October 2025
A total of 3.8 million t of various cargoes were handled at the Port of Klaipeda in October 2025, showing a 13% or 566,000 t decrease from September. Out of the volume, the cargo turnover dropped by 287,000 t to 3.3 million t at Klaipeda State Seaport
Liepaja SEZ cargo turnover in October 2025
The cargo turnover decreased by 13% at the Liepaja SEZ in October 2025. Port operators handled approximately 553,000 t of various cargoes, which is 83,000 t below last month.

The small-tonnage shipping market activity has declined slightly during the week amid a major industry event in Hamburg. In the Black Sea , shipments of Ukrainian grain have slowed down most noticeably, but the shortage of vessels open for mid-November dates remains quite acute, especially in the 6-12k dwt segment.
Global Ocean Link and Timac Agro to build logistics and production complex for mineral fertilizers near Odesa
Global Ocean Link (GOL) and Timac Agro Ukraine are implementing a joint project to build a specialized complex for processing, packaging, and storage of mineral fertilizers, which will be located 20 km from Odesa, on the Kyiv highway.
