Ukraine starts exporting grain via Croatian ports
Ukraine has started exporting grain through Croatian ports. This was stated by the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko during a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenkovic.

Panama Canal Authority extends navigation restrictions for at least ten months
The Panama Canal Authority (Autoridad del Canal de Panama, ACP) is extending for at least ten months the restrictions on vessel passage and maximum draft that were introduced on July 30 this year. Coal market // Week 35
Quotes for imported thermal coal remain high in West Europe despite a slight decline seen in late August. Prices are supported by a slight trade upturn. Two contracts have been reportedly signed during the week, while one German company has announced a large tender for the purchase of coal.
CZ LOKO delivers two more EffiShunter 1000M locomotives to ZSSK Cargo
At the end of August, the Slovak operator ZSSK Cargo received two more shunting locomotives of the EffiShunter 1000M series manufactured by CZ LOKO. The carrier now has four of these locomotives in its fleet, with a total order volume of 20 units.
Handling at Ukraine – Romania and Ukraine – Moldova border crossings*
As many as 101 wagons were transferred daily through the the Vadul-Siret – Dornesti (Romania) land border crossing as of September 5 (down 45 wagon compared with the previous week).
ZSSK Cargo (Slovakia): conventional restrictions of cargo transportation
