Impala Terminals Group acquires HES Hartel tank terminal located in Rotterdam port
Impala Terminals Group, a global infrastructure and logistics company, has announced its agreement to acquire the HES Hartel tank terminal following an auction (expected to be completed shortly).

Klaipėda LNG terminal operator Klaipėdos nafta (KN) has conducted a capacity allocation procedure. Demand was high and potential customers expressed their intention to purchase twice as much terminal capacity as KN offers.
Ukrzaliznytsia receives diesel fuel from Exxon Mobil
Ukrzaliznytsia has received 30,000 t of diesel fuel from the American oil company ExxonMobil, which transported the product by tanker to the port of Klaipeda in Lithuania. The fuel will then be delivered by rail to Ukraine.

Liepaja SEZ cargo turnover in October
The overall cargo turnover reached 739,000 t in the Liepaja SEZ in October (up 119,000 t compared with September). The result has become the highest since April 2022. Note that the increase is solely due to a 142,000 t hike in transshipment of dry bulk cargo to 573,000 t.
Ventspils Freeport cargo turnover in October
The cargo turnover plunged by 335,000 t to 797,000 t at the Ventspils Freeport in October, showing a 30% slump compared with September. In particular, transshipment of dry bulk cargo dropped by 365,000 t to 393,000 t.
